A structured, supportive process — from the first conversation to your child's acceptance letter.
Every student's journey is unique — but this process ensures no step is missed and every decision is fully informed.
A 30-minute no-obligation conversation to understand your child's current situation, goals and how I can genuinely help.
Validated psychometric assessments and in-depth sessions that go far beyond grades — building a complete picture of who your child truly is.
A written career and university guidance plan — tailored entirely to your child's unique profile, interests and aspirations.
Continuous support through applications, essays, interviews and decisions — until your child's goal is achieved.
We start with an honest, no-obligation conversation. I'll ask about your child's current grade, strengths, concerns and what your family is hoping to achieve. You'll get a genuine sense of how I work — and whether we're the right fit. No pressure, no pitch.
Using validated psychometric tools alongside in-depth one-on-one conversations, I build a comprehensive profile of your child — personality type, learning style, aptitudes, values, interests and emotional intelligence. This is the foundation of everything that follows.
I produce a written, comprehensive guidance report — a personalised roadmap covering career clusters, recommended academic pathways, university options (Indian and international), and a clear timeline of action steps. Parents receive a copy and we present it together in a family session.
We roll up our sleeves — university shortlists, application essays, SOP drafts, LOR coordination, interview coaching and deadline management. For international students: UCAS, Common App, visa guidance and pre-departure orientation. Nothing is left to chance.
I stay with every student through every twist — waitlists, deferrals, re-applications and final decisions. You are never alone in this process. And when that acceptance arrives, we celebrate together — because this is exactly what it has all been for.
Ideally Grade 8 or 9 — well before the pressure of stream selection or university applications. However, it is never too late. I work with students at any stage, including gap year students and recent graduates seeking postgraduate guidance.
It varies by need and goal. For stream selection guidance, 4–6 sessions may suffice. For comprehensive university admissions support spanning Grades 11 and 12, a longer engagement of 12–20 sessions is typical. We discuss this openly at the discovery call.
Both. In-person sessions are available in Dehradun. Online sessions via video call are available for families across India and globally — and work extremely well for ongoing support.
Absolutely. Parent involvement is a core part of my process. I hold dedicated parent orientation sessions and keep families updated throughout. Aligning family expectations with the student's aspirations is crucial to decisions that truly stick.
Yes — I work with students applying to Masters degrees and MBA programmes, both in India and internationally. SOP coaching and profile review are particularly valuable at this stage.
Twenty years of dedicated, on-the-ground experience across India's premier boarding schools — combined with a genuine global perspective from living in Uganda and the UK for over 40 years. I don't offer cookie-cutter advice. Every guidance plan is built around the specific student in front of me.
